11/9/12 Mr. Mark Harnaran, fishing with his ghillie Mr. Neil O’Shea and of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught 1 Sea Trout to his rod, also in good form with his fly rod was Mr, David Sandford fishing with his ghillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and  [email protected] caught 4 Sea Trout ranging from Juniors up to 2.5 lb., now to the Hired out boat department of www.lakelandshouse.com Wynn and John caught a fine Sea Trout of 3 lb.

12/9/12 Straight to the Lough Currane Sea Trout department, Mr.  David Sandford, fishing with his ghillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and [email protected] caught 3 juniors to his rod, staying with the Sea Trout, Mr. Mark Harnaran fishing with his ghillie Mr. Neil O’Shea and of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught 1 sea trout too his rod. Now we head upstream to the Commeragh River, there was a fine 5.5 lb. Salmon caught on the spin, by the one and only Mr. Mike Teahan, the Matador of the Bullring Tralee.

13/9/12 Straight too the Sea Trout department, Mr. David Sandford fishing with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and of [email protected] caught and released a fine 2.5 lb. Sea Trout, caught on the fly, a Guest fishing with his ghillie Mr. Mike O’Dwyer, caught 4 Juniors on the drift, now too the hired out boat department of www.lakelandshouse.com Renée and his good friend, caught 5 Juniors and finished their day off with a fine Sea Trout of 2.5 lb. Now we cut across the Valley too the River Inny, Mr. Noel Clancy of Waterville, fishing with his Gillie Mr. Sian Brain, caught a fine Salmon, staying with the Brain fishing with Department, we head out to the Atlantic, for a spot of Bass fishing with Mr. Kevin Brain and of www.kbfishingireland.com Mr. Phil Oliver, from Belfast caught cracker of a bass, now for Phil’s quote of the day, If your ghillie can’t do it, use your Brains.

14/9/12 All the Action comes from www.butlerarms.com  the Moor Family, had a cracker of a day in the Salmon department, Mr. Ciarán Moor and Mr. Dualta Moor, caught 2 fine Salmon on the troll, with their ghillie Mr. Mike Dwyer, and all caught before Lunch, so the paparazzi could do their work. But the action didn’t stop there in the Afternoon Mr. Moor Snr and his son, fishing with their ghillie Mr. Neil O’Shea and of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught a fine 5 lb. Salmon on the troll, so as you can imagine the Paparazzi were called in again, now too the Sea Trout Department, Mr. Lindsay Richards of the UK, fishing with his ghillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and of [email protected] caught a fine 4 lb. Sea Trout on the drift, Now too the hired out boat department of www.lalelandshouse.com Mr. Frank Donnelly, reports, that Bill and Nigel Piercy of limerick, caught 15 Juniors and 3 Sea Trout in the 2.5 lb. class in the last five days and finished their trip off today with a fine 10 lb. salmon and all caught on the fly. Wind North light with reasonable cloud cover.

15/9/12 Mr. Lindsay Richards, fishing with his ghillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and of [email protected] caught 1 junior too his fly rod, Mr. Peter Liddell, fishing with his ghillie, Mr. Neil O’Shea and of www.oshealoughcurrane.com also caught 1 Trout, now we cut across too the South Side and the Hired out boat department of www.lakelandshouse.com Mr. McGuiness caught 2 Juniors on the drift.

16/9/12 Mr. Peter Liddell, fishing with his ghillie Mr. Neil O’Shea and of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught 1 Trout too his rod, Mr. Joe Murphy, the local Postmen and renowned angler be it Sea Or Game Fishing, caught a fine 2.5 lb. Sea Trout, now too the C&R department, Mr. Lindsay Richards fishing with his Gillie Mr. Tom O’Shea and of [email protected] caught 1 Junior and a fine Sea Trout of 3 lb. and finished their day off with a fine 10 lb. Salmon and as I said all returned and all caught on the fly. Now we cut across the Lake to the south side and the hired out boat department of www.lakelandshouse.com Mr. Steve Nation and his son Steve, caught 4 Sea Trout up to 1.5 lb. also in good form was Mr. Frank Joyce, who caught 3 Sea Trout all in the 2.5 lb. class. Over cast this morning and bright sunshine this afternoon, wind SW then NW and veered again into the west.

17/9/12 Straight to the Sea Trout fly department, Mr. Peter Liddel, fishing with his ghillie Mr. Neil O’Shea and of www.oshealoughcurrane.com caught 3 Sea trout, ranging from 2 lb. up to 4.5 lb. and for the rest of my noble Anglers, all I can say you failed miserably in your duties in procuring my noble Game fish, or you failed miserably in your duties in reporting your catches, just for the record, Mr. Jim Sayers had a good basket of Sea Trout on the fly fishing on Lough Derriana. Wind NW fresh and overcast with the light shower. That is your ration for this week, from your ghillie/guide and the Waterville fishery. No Spin No Fly’s just facts.
