The Dublin Angling Initiative (DAI) organised an event as part of FAW with the National Sealife Centre in Bray. It involved a fisheries presentation by Jimmy King, IFI, which gave an insight into the importance of our estuaries as nursery areas for angling species. Following refreshments, Brian Cooke gave a presentation and workshop on angling in our estuaries. The evening finished with a tour of the National Sealife Centre. Feedback from the event has been fantastic following a full attendance at the event. Special thanks to Jimmy King, IFI, Brian Cooke, PRO, Irish Federation of Sea Anglers and Pat O’Suilleabhain from the National Sealife Centre.
