Neil Driver from Greystones, Co. Wicklow sent us this report from the Waterford Bass Festival:
Myself and my 14 year old son Cian fished the Bass festival in Waterford. Fishing was tough but with careful planning and timings and location change we managed to catch and release 10 bass between us. All fish were caught using surface lures in less than 3 feet of water.The highlight of the weekend for us was a 7lbs fish caught in crystal water in the bright sun shine.
