River Feale report by Paddy Halpin
Good fly fishing water for the past week with approximately 8 Salmon caught during the week. The River Feale catch of the week goes to William Murphy, Abbeyfeale, with two fresh Spring Salmon of 14.5 Lbs and 15Lbs each caught on the fly in the Abbeyfeale Anglers Club Waters. His brother Jack Murphy also caught a fresh Salmon weighing 8lbs on the fly lower down the system. Mike Roche from Newcastlewest , Co. Limerick caught a 9lbs and a 5lbs Salmon on the fly during the week in the Killocrim Finuge Club waters. Water levels have dropped and are on the low side for angling.
