The River Boyne has thrown up yet another big fish. This time a great wild brown trout. Noel king was having an outing this morning Sunday 6th May and enjoying the bank holiday weekend when he hooked into something that felt a bit special. After an extraordinary fight Noel succeeded in subduing a  fantastic 7.5lb trout. The fish was taken on a wet fly and is one that will live in Noels memory for some time. Wild river trout of this size a a very special catch and the Boyne produces a good number of these each year.
