A Loughrea teenager has been selected as Vice-Captain for an Irish angling team which travels to Wales for an international tournament next month and has already secured the captaincy for next year’s competition. Ciarán Reilly is one of 14 young Irish anglers who will represent the Irish Trout Fly Fishing Association in the ‘Home Countries International’, which takes place in Wales on Wednesday, 7 August.
