In case you missed it – the Galway Fishery recently featured on the Nationwide programme on RTE One television. The focus of the piece was on the research carried out on salmon stocks at the fishery, including a look at salmon smolts being tagged.
IFI scientists Dr. Michael Millane and Dr. Paddy Gargan were interviewed, while fishery manager Seamus Hartigan spoke about the history of the fishery.
