Sydney Kennedy reports that the pike fishing at Carrigadrohid is going well. Dan Lynch from Halfway Angling in Cork was out with the guys from Lee Reservoirs Angling Services when he was lucky enough to catch an 18lb pike. This fine fish fell for a Duo plug at the weekend and was the best of 5 pike taken on the day .
Allen Coleman was also out with Lee Reservoirs Angling Services at the weekend and enjoyed the experience of catching his first pike on fly.

Boats will be available for rental on previously untouched water as no boat rental has been available to the public before now.
