Water levels remained very high over the last week with little let up in the rainfall levels. The fishery was a little busier with a few more rods fishing, especially on Saturday which gave us a lovely morning until the rain returned later in the day.
However the 2 salmon landed were caught earlier in the week. On Wednesday, regular rod John Parkinson landed a 7½lb salmon from the Old Sea Pool on a Flying ‘C’. The following day John O’Neill landed a 10½lb salmon on a fly from The Meadow.
