Five on the fly for the Cork Doctor at Ballyduff Salmon Fishery on the Blackwater

Brendan Peppard reports from Ballyduff Bridge Fishery on the Munster Blackwater:

As of this morning the water conditions on all four beats are perfect. Ballyduff did see a rise in height of almost 6 inches after last weeks rain but quickly dropped again to now ideal level.

We had a German family fishing last week with four Salmon caught.

A Dr.Giovanni from Mallow caught five fish yesterday on fly, all but one returned and Maurice Cahill, syndicate member from Kerry caught three, all returned and lost a further two.
