Skipper of Predator II is just back back from northern Norway was back to business straight away. Hunting the deep water north of Rathlin Island looking for specimen fish Hamish and his anglers had three specimen spurdogs.

Along with these the anglers landed some strap congers and a fine male skate.  The skate, taken by Simon Boyd from Carrick Fergus, was estimated to weigh at 147lb. This was Simon’s first skate and whole dogfish was the bait.
