Recreational Angling Ireland Fishing Instruction for Juveniles.
RAI is offering a day’s instruction and fishing for beginners in conjunction
with Foxford Trout Anglers, IFI North West and Mount Falcon, at Mount Falcon Trout Lake, Mount Falcon, Ballina, Co. Mayo. on Saturday, October 11, 2014
The day will run from 11.00 – 16.00. Fishing equipment will be provided. A maximum of 30 participants can be catered for and this will be done on a first come first served basis.
Inland Fisheries Ireland and the Irish Sports Council support this event.
This event is FREE, but voluntary subscriptions are welcome.
RAI advises that, where possible, each young person should be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Adults may also avail of the training.
Participants should wear a hat and glasses whilst angling; participants should bring waterproof clothing and sturdy boots or Wellingtons (irrespective of the weather forecast) and should bring whatever fishing tackle they have.
