Lindsey Clarke reports  from LOUGH MELVIN – Monday 7th to Sunday 13th July 2014.

Lough Melvin remained very low once again this week and a serious amount of rain is required to fill the lough. Salmon fishing was quiet and it seems there was little angling effort for the same. A few rods reported some decent wet fly fishing in the deeps for sonaghan although most of the trout were on the small side.
