Lindsey Clarke reports from the RIVER DROWES – Monday 11th to Sunday 17th August 2014.
We received very little rainfall and the Drowes remained very low all week once again. The fishery was fairly quiet although those that did fish recorded a number of grilse and there was around 15 grilse caught from the week ranging in size from 2½ to 5lb caught mainly from between the Four Masters Bridge and Lennox’s Bridge.
