Irish Coastguard units including the Sikorsky rescue helicopter, and supported by three local RNLI lifeboats, were launched after a group got into difficult off the west Cork coast. It is believed at least three people ended up in the sea not far from Baltimore. Initial reports indicated a pleasure craft may have been involved but rescue officials now suspect the group may have been swept into the sea as they were rock fishing near an isolated peninsula…
