Dundalk and District Brown Trout and Salmon Anglers Association had some good competitions over the weekend. They report that on Friday June 12th the Pa Joe Moran competition took place. There was a good turn out and a lot of trout caught.
1st place went to Justin Bird and Robert Farrington came in second.
They say ” Well done to both anglers and a big thank you to John Kellegher of the Isle of France for supplying the hot food whichwas very much appreciated”
Sunday saw their Juvenile Competition and a great day was has by all.
The club would like to thank Kilty Bane anglers for the use of there lake and a thank you to Drogheda Angling Centre for the sponsorship of prizes.
- 1st place goes to Barry Caldwell.
- 2nd place goes to Jordan O Hare.
- 3rd Place goes to James conroy.
Well done to all and a big thank you for the parents and guardians for making this a great successful day.
