Visiting anglers to Foxford Co. Mayo, Martin Merkel and his father Thomas, had a successful day while fly fishing for pike with local Guide Kenny Sloan.
The Pair caught numerous pike on Poppers and large pike flys.
Later in the day they visited a small mountain lake where they had many trout to small Bibios and Black Pennells.
