Its hard to believe that the middle of September is nearly here and that we are on the run in to the final few weeks of the 2015 season. Stephen McKenna from Drogheda was out on the River Boyne earlier in the week and had commented that he had not had a fish in a while. Not long after those words were spoken, Stephen hooked into a lovely fish that gave a great battle but was eventually landed and released immediately after a few quick photographs. The water is still a bit coloured in the Boyne despite the fact that we have not had much rain recently. There are a few fish being caught, one of which was reportedly close to 20lbs. Nice Fish!
