Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI ) has secured funding of €85,346 to develop a Lough Nanannagh in Claremorris. The proposed project will see Lough Nanannagh developed as a managed stocked trout fishery, complete with a recreation hub located around the lake. The funding was awarded by the Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs as part of the Government’s programme to support rural development….
