Jim Clohessy of Topfisher.eu set out from White Point, Cobh last Saturday. It was a chilly Autumn morning to be out in a rubber duck and it was a good nine weeks since he was out on one before. Jim says he had a good bass session, the fish were small but feisty. The northerly wind made things cool but the epic battle with the fish warmed things up !

Jim Clohessy and some of Ireland’s finest angling journalists decided that they would like to establish an online presence where they could continue to publish articles that would be of interest to all anglers wherever they are based (following the demise of Irish Angler magazine), but of course with a distinctly Irish flavour.
