Carty’s Land and Sea Sports tell us that Tullan strand Bundoran was the place to be yesterday. Anglers lined up for the Bundoran open Shore competition to win the Carty’s Land and Sea Sports cup.
The honour went to Cathal Donnelly who won the 2016 cup. Well done to all the other winners and all that took part . A great day was had by all with some cracking fish caught. Sean Carty also extended thanks to Boris Siegel and the Phoenix Tavern for all the help in organising the event and for making it another success. Longest fish also went to Cahal Donnelly with a 43cm flounder.
The junior section was won by Keeva O’Brien and 2nd place went to Alan McGowen.
