Sunday was a very busy day for Game Angling Instructors’ Association at the Local Authorities Water and Communities event in Carrick on Suir. GAIA were invited to attend and give casting instruction to the general public and it was great to see both young and not so young taking making the most of the opportunity.
In fact the youngest participant was just three years old and by all accounts he was a natural. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day thanks to the enthusiasm and instruction from Damien O’Brien, Brian Mohally, Der Casey and Martin Collins.
