Friday, 02 June, saw end of the early season series of festivals on Inniscarra Lake with Ken Golightly the proud holder of the Ottewill Trophy of 2017.
The last two days were tough for Ken but his magical catch of bream on day one from the Garden Centre kept him ahead of the pack finishing with a total of 31.5kg. Consistent fishing over the three days for Ian Shepard secured him 2nd place with 27.960kh while Jimmy Crossley took 3rd with 26.720kg.
Top weights on the last day were John Bradshaw 12.440kg, Dave Carter 9.860kg and Jimmy Crossley 9.580kg.
Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who made the journey to Inniscarra Lake to take part.
