Kevin Lyons reports that Dutch anglers Recardo, Winfred, Barry, Tony, Eddy, Alwin and Johan were back at Melview fishing Lodge for their annual Pike fishing trip…
In the group were six pike anglers, and one coarse angler Johan. Kevin said things were a little slower compared to previous year due to the bright sunny and hot conditions. The fish caught were mainly around the 70cm / 80cm along with a couple of 90cm fish. The biggest fish of the week went to Tony measuring 106cm but the Pike master award they fish for went to Barry. Great fun and company guys, hope to see you in Ireland again soon.
All fish returned unharmed.
