There were good water levels to the end of the season on the Owenea. Monday and Tuesday brought low water levels but wet weather to thereafter, meant there were good floods each day up to the last day on Saturday. The gauge average for the 6 days read 0.30 metres and 26 visiting rods fished for the 6 days. There would have been salmon caught but with it being the last days of the season we are still awaiting news of the same and probably will not know catch details until log books are returned.
