Frank Maunsell from the Owenmore Fishery reports:

20 June: We have had dry sunny days for the past week which does not do the river levels any good. We have also had very strong wind but when it was suitable and the boats were able to get out people have had fish. Even though the wind was strong enough on Saturday two regulars braved it. They both had seatrout and one had a grilse of about 6/7 lbs. The weather is supposed to break on Thursday and if we get rain and we have a big spring tide we are bound to have a good run of fish.
