Heat 3 Result of the Annamoe Winter League 2017 sponsored by Southside Angling was fished on Saturday 11 November.
The day was a mild 12 degrees centigrade with almost no breeze. Most of the 19 anglers competing the event used sinking line tactics. A total of 82 trout were landed , measured and returned safely back into the lake. The winner was determined by the total length of their overall catch of Rainbow Trout.
- 1st Tony Finn 10 fish = 445 cms.
- 2nd Derek Doyle 10 fish = 433 cms.
- 3rd Gerry Heaslip 9 fish = 409 cms.
- 4th Craig Sheridan 7 fish = 286 cms.
- 5th Tony Mc Grattan 6 fish =275 cms.
The 4th and last qualifying heat will take place on Saturday 25th November. The Grand Final is scheduled for Saturday 9th December.
