I was spoke recently with Piotr, a memberĀ of the Ballinasloe DistrictĀ Anglers, in the Mid- Shannon region.Ā He and his friends are having excellent pike fishing in the Shannonbridge area this month.
Water levels are dropping on the River Shannon following weeks of high water, and thankfully the recent rain storms have not seen the levels rise too much again.Ā This shouldĀ improveĀ anglingĀ evenĀ further as we are expectingĀ a busy Easter weekend.
