Sligo and Donegal based charter boats reported great pollack fishing for their clients.

“Loads of smaller fish once we hit the right spot but also the best run of big pollack on light gear we have seen all season so far. Big pollack one after the other on the spinners so the jiggers were dropped after a little while as we were plagued with coalies. No fishing for a few days with the approaching weather system and weather warnings. Stay safe! everyone!”
Killybegs Fishing Trips also report plenty of good sized pollack with fish up to 9.5lbs.
