The water levels and conditions haven’t been great but there are a few salmon and sea trout being caught.
21 July: Eoin Warner landed a 4 ½ lbs salmon in the lower Garden pool on a weir shrimp on beat 9.
22 July: Tobias Stern landed a ¾ lbs sea trout on beat 6 in the Willow pool on a cascade.
23 July: Niall Lynch landed a 14 lbs salmon in the lower Garden and a 4lbs salmon in the Falls pool on beat 9 using a Sunray.
25 July: Alastair Purdy landed a 5lbs salmon in the falls pool on a cascade and Niall Lynch landed a sea trout in the lower garden pool and a 5lbs and 6lbs salmon in the Gauge pool on beat 9.
28 July: Eoin Warner landed a 4 ½ lbs salmon in the Upper Garden pool and a 6 lbs salmon in the Falls pool on beat 9 and Niall Lynch landed a 6lbs salmon in the Sea pool. Peter Kavanagh landed a 4 ½ lbs salmon in the falls pool on beat 8.
29 July: John Phelan landed a 6lbs salmon in the Falls pool on a Sunray.
30 July: Peter Kavanagh landed a 5lbs salmon in the falls pool on beat 9 using a gold bodied Willie Gunn.
31 July: Peter Coyne landed a 5lbs and a 4lbs salmon in the falls pool on a Sunray and Ian Carter landed a 4lbs salmon in the falls pool on a Francis on beat 9.
1 August: Declan Tuffy landed a 3lbs salmon in the Garden pool on beat 9.
3 August: Colm Lynam landed a 4lbs salmon in the Gauge pool using a cascade and Mark Helmore landed a 7lbs salmon in the Falls pool on beat 9.
4 August: Lairgnen McDermott landed a 10lbs salmon in the falls pool on beat 9
5 August: Stephen Jones landed a 3lbs salmon in the falls pool on beat 9 using a Willie Gunn.
6 August: Vaughen Lewis landed a 3 ½ lbs salmon and a ¾ lbs sea trout on beat 3. Kevin Mitchell landed a 4lbs and a 3 ½ lbs salmon on a McCormack shrimp. Paddy Gargan landed a 6lbs and a 4 lbs salmon on a sunray on beat 9.
7 August: John Ryan landed a 7lbs salmon on beat 9.
