Angling activity was reasonably low on the lakes last week but Michael Tiernan and Billy Mc Ghee report of having a good evening on Lough Conn on Friday last landing four nice trout to the measure.
Both dry fly and wet fly working such as the old reliable Green Peter, Connemara Black, Bibio and Sooty Olive. Michael also reports of over a dozen salmon showing for the evening.
