Dublin man Brian O’Donnell flexed his muscles with this super 31 lb. pike at Shercock.

April
IFI’s Myles Kelly gets in on the act with a 7lb 5oz mullet caught in one of Cork Harbourβs tidal creeks.

May
13 year old Josh Higginson caught his first specimen 1.35 kg Twaite Shad at St. Mullins in Co. Carlow.

June
Andrew Wolsey tipped the scales with a brace of ten pounders taken in consecutive casts in Cork.

July
Two of our youngest fishermen Jack and Tyler Darby help their Dad with a huge pike in the Midlands.

August
Mike Dennehy the skipper of the Silver Dawn had some superb albacore tuna fishing off Kinsale.Β One weighing a specimen 22kg.

September
September saw Tony Grehan from Dublin catch and hug a 9lb – 10lb Sheelin trout.

October
The Lough in Cork city was the place of dreams come through for 8-year old fishing fanatic Daniel Heaney when he caught a lovely 14lb 4oz Common carp.

Although we’re not even half way through November we have a beautiful German lady called Christin Breuker with an equally impressive 97cm pike caught in Co. Mayo.
