John Flynn IFI captures the scene in the Premier county today.  As floods that followed storm Frank gushes through Cahir and Kilsheelan. We see contrasting weather on the Galtee mountains as a blanket of snow hugs the hillside. A monument to engineering genius, Cahir castle on the river Suir, built 1142 by Conor O’Brien, Prince of Thomond withstands the Irish storms.
