ANGLING NOTES: BY ALL accounts, the trout-angling season got off to a good start on Loughs Corrib and Mask in the west. And those who ventured out had some rewarding catches, says fisheries inspector Kevin Crowley. In the Greenfields area, a number of anglers reported trout on the fly, including Frank Reilly, who had two on wetfly patterns.
