Anthony Page and I continue to have good sport with Ballan Wrasse at The Bridges of Ross. Whenever conditions allow we target them with crab and Soft Plastics like Senkos and Yoshikawa Superworms. We also have had success with shrimp. These Autumn wrasse fight very strongly especially on Light Fishing Tackle. There was no sign of any Triggerfish. Anthony also had a beautifully coloured Cuckoo Wrasse on crab
One day because the bait was running low we used crabs legs and crab shell and had wrasse to 4 lb.!
