I got these photos today both from the ESB and from the angler. It is very unusual to get a sea trout on the Shannon. It was caught by Edouard Rousseaux
A delighted Edouard tell us “I had the fish on a brass spoon just after the first big pool up to the first water fall.
The fish had a big jump about 1 m high just after the attack, and after that a strong fight in high water of this rainy month of July.”
