Pat McDonell IFI Birr reports on Coarse and Pike angling in the Banagher, Shannonbridge areas.
Banagher:
Four Italians fishing out of Banagher reported over 100 pike for 10 days fishing. All fish were caught on lures and 9 fish were over 1m, with the best fish at 1.19.
Shannonbridge:
Three French anglers from Grenoble fishing the hot-water section of Shannonbridge had 40 kg. of roach on maggots while Damien Arnold, Geeshill, Tullamore had two pike 12 kg and 10.4 kg. on dead bait.
