Lindsey Clarke reports that water levels have continued to fall on the Drowes and few fish are being caught…

The Drowes ran at very low levels once again this week. The gauge started the week only reading 0.38 metres and this had fallen even lower to 0.35 metres by the end Sunday.

There were very few rods fishing in the difficult conditions. One French visitor, Gilbert Clairot did report 2 grilse caught on flies over the week, losing a few other fish.
