Ian Powell reports that prospects for salmon anglers on the Muster Blackwater are improving as the latest flood fines off. At Ballyduff the river is falling and clearing very quickly. There are no more reports of fish caught since those encountered in February, though there are sure to be a few more fish in the river now. Conditions suit spinning for now, but in another day or two fly fishing will be possible on the lower river.
