"Donegal Treble Hook" – the place to be from Sept 22nd to Sept 27th

“The Donegal Treble Hook”, to be fished for in the general Donegal Bay area between the 22nd and 27th September, 2013, is probably the richest and most unique tournament ever to grace the Irish fishing stage.
The event will be based on the tried and tested “species system” and the
challenge is for each competitor to catch as many different species of fish as they can during the tournament period. The winning individual will be he/she who returns the highest number of species. The winning team will be the one whose members record the greatest collective number of different fish species. In order to win the tournament, however, there is a catch (excuse the pun); the successful team or individual must, successfully record at least one fish from all three disciplines (Game, Coarse, Sea) before they are in the “shake up” for the big one……………….. the “Treble Hook”
The Donegal Treble Hook will be a conservation competition with minimum size limits and “catch and release” rules throughout.
Spaces are limited so early booking is crucial.
