Karl Bohan reports on a successful trip to a lough in the Upper Shannon area for a nice catch of tench.
Karl from Leixlip accompanied by his friend, David O’Connor tried for a few new season Tench on a lough in the Upper Shannon area last weekend. Ledgering at distance in a prebaited swim paid off with some lovely Tench to 5 lb. 2 oz. With the weather getting warmer, Karl hopes to catch some bigger Tench on the next trip.
