Billy Downes of Laune Anglers reports:
Despite low waters Kieran Conlon was out at the weekend at Johnston’s. It was great to see him get a pull on the fly in such low water on Sunday. Next day Kieran did even better.
Billy himself was also out on Monday and returned a lovely 9 lb cock on the fly during the evening at Tom Johnston’s. River low but there are fish around as this fish was around for a few weeks but he was not alone.
