Congratulations to Conor Mountaine on winning leg 2 of our shore master angler series, on a wind swept beach in Connemara. First casts produced fish along the beach with Conor getting off to a flyer in the first hour putting him several fish clear of the chasing pack. Things slowed down after that with single fish coming in, no Turbot on show on the day with Flounders making up the catch the biggest of which was caught by Sean Gerrity 38cm which helped him to secure 2nd place on the day.
