Super fun and fishing on Saturday the 5th July aboard the Brazen Hussy 2 with Skipper John Fleming of Blue Shark Angling Galway reporting great numbers of large Pollock and cod in Galway Bay.
The largest cod was 11lbs and the largest Pollock topping out at slightly under nine pounds. John had a group of Anglers from Dublin who enjoyed a fish filled day with good numbers of small codling showing which is encouraging for the future.
Smiles all around….
John also had a small group out for a short trip on Monday enjoying a variety of species including Pollock, mackerel, pouting, ballan wrasse and cuckoo wrasse. The skipper even got a chance at a fish and caught a 3lbs ballan wrasse.
