Adrienne Reilly was in touch to let us know that she started angling last summer in the Drogheda District Angler Club after hearing about Fisheries Awareness Week. Adrienne went to the Ladies Day at and was hooked (that’s her pun!). As Adrienne puts it “Loving my new sport!”.
Having had an introduction to fly fishing at Kilineer Reservoir, Kilineer, Drogheda, Co. Louth with tuition from top angling expert Glenda Powell, APGAI Ireland assisted by members of the Drogheda and District Anglers coaching team, Adrienne has gone from strength to strength. Last week during this year’s FAW Adrienne caught this super trout.
