Junor fly anglers Tommy McGee Dunmore & Gary Madden Castlerea Had 17-fish for an afternoon best 2-1/2 lb all fish returned bar one best patterns claret dabblers and octupas.
Gerry Madden Balliasloe & partner had an excellent outing with 9-fish averaging 1-1/2 lb
Colm Malone & Mark Malone report having a number of good outings with lots of good fighting fish with their best fish 2-1/2 lb Mark using his own secret pattern developed over the winter months.
Derek Madden Tulsk, also a good outing catching and releasing several good fish and surprisingly landing a good rainbow between 2-1/2 to 3-lb.
