Michael Flanagan review Matt Nolan’s new book…

Mullingar Arts Centre was the venue for the launch of Matt Nolan’s new book entitled ‘Mullingar Times Goes By’, and it a beautiful collection of photographs going back 40 years. It’s packed with loads of local characters, including a few great Midland angling Legends, sadly some have passed in recent years.
