Entry
Entry Fees: Adult €80.00, Juv €35.00 for the week.
Anglers who pay entry fee for the full week on the first day get free entry to Team competition.
Burren Cup:
All anglers aged 60 years and over are eligible to enter, and there are no extra entry fees. Greatest number of points will decide the winner.
Presentation of prizes:
O’Donoghue’s Pub in Fanore on Saturday 8th August at 6.30pm.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and best juvenile for each day.
Prizes for the top ten anglers, based on overall points for the week, plus heaviest fish, and best team of the week. Prizes for best beginner juveniles will also be presented.
Prizes for best Angler senior and Juvenile in Species Hunt. (See Species Hunt Rules)
54th Annual Competition

Rules
All competitions are fished under I.F.S.A. rules and all competing anglers must hold a current I.F.S.A. membership card.
Draw for peg numbers will take place one hour prior to start of each competition.
Points are awarded on basis of 5 points per fish and 10 points per kg or fraction of a point pro rata per fraction of a kg.
The officers of the Club kindly ask for your co-operation in our efforts to keep the angling area litter free.
Minimum fish sizes as per I.F.S.A rules will apply. (Except for Species Hunt)
