01 May We started our fishing this year on 23 May and the day was excellent, blue sky, calm sea and many big pollack.
By the end of the week we had had a great start to the new season. Our fishermen and women, a group of anglers from Austria, caught 117 pollack, 4 cod and 6 coalfish.
They described the experience of fishing out of Valentia as beautiful and unique and are already making arrangements to come again next year.
