Micheál Quinn Chairman of the Irish Federation of Sea Anglers has been in contact with the fantastic news that Grauvell Team Ireland has finished 3rd at the 2015 World Shore Angling Championships in the Algarve in Portugal.
Team Ireland finished in 4th place on Day 4 of the competition to claim their bronze medal, against 17 other nations.
According to Micheál, the team had a tough day 4 with three of the lads making the top 20. Richie Dalton finished 5th overall in the individual rankings. Harry McKee senior was 8th, Dean Quigley 11th and Harry McKee junior was 29th. Congratulations are offered for the supreme effort by all the team, sub and management.
